Our products are guaranteed to tame your frizz, heal your split ends, and provide essential moisture to all hair types. If you don’t experience healthier, shinier, more radiant hair after using our products, you can return your purchase for a full refund. That’s our promise to you, sis.If you’re not completely satisfied after using Glimmr™ products, please send us an email at contact@glimmr.com to initiate your return.

US Returns: 

We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email once complete.

International Returns: 

Please mail your return to our US warehouse at the following address:

Please include your order number on the package and retain a copy of your tracking number. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping

 

Refunds

Once your return is received, our team will inspect your item and send you an email to notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be applied to the card used as the original method of payment.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t receive your refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. Contact your bank next if you still have not received your refund. If you’ve completed all of the previous steps and still have not received your refund, email our team at contact@glimmr.com.

 

Extended Shipping Times

We do not issue refunds for products that fail to be delivered to the recipient's address, nor do we offer refunds where shipping times have been delayed — including situations where shipping times are out of our control.

 

Wrong Shipping Addresses

We do not accept returns or offer refunds to customers who enter incorrect addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct address in the shipping section of our checkout process.
